My wife's birthday was fast coming up so I decided to get her a mother's ring. I haven't purchased much jewelry in the past and therefore went in kind of clueless. The woman assisting me was very helpful. Two weeks later we picked up the ring and the cost was less expensive than expected. My wife and everyone she knows love the ring. TY KFJ

Went into the store for the first time. I had a really good experience working with Brenda. She kindly repaired several items for me and helped me figure out what to do with some unwanted pieces of jewelry. Brenda was fast at fixing my jewelry and did a wonderful job. She was professional and friendly, and put me at ease as I was uncomfortable asking for the repairs. I will definitely return here when looking for something special. Thank you!

I was quoted a price for a repair on an heirloom ring. When I returned three days later the associate inspected the ring throughly and noticed the diamonds were set in platinum not white gold. Therefore my quote show have been a lot higher. They honored the original quote. To me that’s excellent customer service and so impressed by the expertise at Kingston Fine Jewelry.

He kept me updated throughout and went above and beyond for my family. They delivered what was promised and we’re grateful. Highly recommend!

Had to bring 3 of my rings to be resized, although we thought it was going to be a very difficult task, Kingston Fine Jewlers was able to make it work while still allowing me to keep my original rings. We dealt with Matt and he was great from beginning to end, explored many options with us and was very patient and attentive to our needs with great communication! Thank you again!!
